Authorized pilot use

Close Claim is provided to approved design partners for supervised commercial claims workflows. Users must be authorized by their organization and may submit only data they are permitted to process.

Human responsibility

Model output is a proposal, not a finding of fact or authority to act. Users remain responsible for recipients, evidence, approvals, claim positions, credits, settlements, and final case outcomes.

Product boundaries

The service is not insurance, legal advice, a recall or food-safety decision maker, a disposal authority, or an autonomous settlement system. Sensitive actions remain subject to deterministic policy and human approval.

Pilot agreement

Availability, support, retention, security commitments, permitted integrations, and commercial terms are governed by the signed pilot agreement. These draft product terms do not replace that agreement.
